My contract on Galaxy A20 has just finished with ID Mobile. I would like to buy a Galaxy A32 if I change my plan to SIM only with ID Mobile can I keep the same number and will ithe new SIM into new Galaxy A32?

In order to change your iD Mobile card to SIM Only you would need to go through "upgrade" process and choose SIM only deal. This is the only way you will keep your existing number. Here you can find more info regarding the process.
Also when you will receive your new SIM card, it will come in 3 different sizes. One of them will for sure fit your new phone.
