Having trouble registering my account

Ryan kindly replied to my question however I have not logged on before and I’ve tried to create account and it is not recognising mobile number as I transferred my original number as soon as got phone years ago. Therefore unable to up pay cap online and frustrated I can’t speak to anyone as have been unable to make calls for days

Are you trying to enter the old number the handset came with or the new one? I’d have thought it would accept the one you changed it to.
