How do I return upgrade phone by post

Hi, I have just recently upgraded and received my phone yesterday in post but when I looked at the box the phone is not brand new and has been adapted for UK. I have not even opened the box as do not want this phone! Please help me to return ASAP and cancel my upgrade if you cannot send me a brand new phone.

Hello @Debbie80,

I recommend using iD Live Chat to get this solved. Just go to:

https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat/

You might have to tell the chat bot you want to talk to a person, but it’s staffed 9am - 8pm, Mon - Fri.

Thank you after using live chat and doing a 360 spoke to carphone warehouse again who are sorting.

Also the agent I chatted to gave me the wrong information btw which I found out after SPEAKING to DPD and carphone warehouse! interesting.....
