How do I unlock my Iphone from ID

Hello,

 

Ive just requested my PAC from ID but also need my iPhone unlocked.  How do I get this done?

Hi @MackieDog,

 

We stopped locking handsets in 2017. If your phone was purchased after this, it shouldn’t be locked.

 

Please let us know if your handset was purchased before this point so we can get it unlocked for you right here.
