My disabled aunt is 85 years old and currently isolating in a care home as she recovers from an operation
she doesn’t normally need to use her mobile so has a non smart phone with 100 minutes per month
I am trying to buy her a top up so she can call her family
why can’t I just phone up & pay
this 100% online system is preventing her calling loved ones
what can I do?
