I made a trade in but haven't heard anything for a week

Carphone warehouse received my phone on 25th July. I have had no communication with them, I’ve emailed to which they haven’t replied. I still haven’t received any money.

Is this a purchase through Carphone Warehouse directly or us?

 

I’d recommend getting in contact with Carphone Warehouse/Currys on their Facebook page so they can take a look into it for you!

Hi I got a phone from yourselves and did a trade in through you, I received the trade in box and followed the instructions and it’s now been 5 working days
