I never used my sim please can ID contact me?


Hi ID Mobile,

I have never used my sim since getting my phone back in 2019. I think I’m approaching the end of my contract soon and would like to register my account to explore upgrades etc. Could you please contact me?

You can check for upgrade deals through the iD Mobile App once registered. Have you been able to register now successfully?

unfortunately I can’t register without my mobile number and I don’t remember it as I never used it and appear to have misplaced it.?

Hi Michelle,

No as I’ve said, it’s been misplaced therefore I don’t have it. Can I just add that this is very inconvenient and poor Customer service. I do expect to be able to call my mobile provider and have such a small issue rectified immediately - why does ID mobile not have a call centre?
