ID MIBILE PLEASE ADDRESS CHARGE ISSUE YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE HAVING

Tried to call several UK mobile numbers this morning and each time it says I will be charged 30p per minute, despite me having an unlimited plan. 
 

It appears several of your other customers are having the same problem. Please can this be addressed as a matter of urgency as you are effectively breaching your contractual commitment to your customers as they currently can’t use the plan they have ‘already’ paid you for.
