Can someone tell me why the I’d mobile app is not connecting?? I have been trying for around a week to look at my account and it just will not connect. I get as far as the log in then the screen says “ processing” but never continues to the account information. I have deleted the app and re-installed it several time but no change. Any help or answers to this would be greatly received

Hi @Tich58,

We are aware of some issues that the app was experiencing but these seem to have been resolved now.

Could you please try logging in now and check if you are still having the issue? You can check your account online instead if you are having issues.

I’ve deleted the app and have got the online icon on my Home Screen instead.
