id mobile pin

I keep my idmobile phone in Thailand, I am in the UK, I want to upgrade, but it does not recognise my pin, last two digits of bank for direct debit and last two digits of mobile number, a and to set up the id mobile app, it sends a code to my phone, which is in Thailand.

Hello @Gary Cox welcome to the community.

Just so I am correct in understanding, you are wanting to upgrade with iD and you are sent a PIN to your phone to verify the upgrade, but you have left your phone in Thailand so cannot recieve the text, is that right?

We’ll need to send you out a new SIM card so you can activate that on your existing number, place it in a handset, and get your code. We’ll shortly send you a Private Message to your Community account, so we can discuss your issue further.
