Before I even start, can I just say that I have tried all of the “common” reboot/restart techniques since Monday and these have not worked.
My number was ported to ID mobile on Monday 4th July and since then my IMessage and FaceTime won’t activate (keep getting the error message).
I’ve spoken to Apple support which remotely checked my mobile and came to the conclusion that the issue was to do with the network and not device misconfiguration.
I’ve tried a couple of different SIM cards and they all activate iMessage and FaceTime upon insertion.
Can someone please tell me what else I need to do to get this sorted?
