Hi,
Randomly, my iPhone is not registering my ID Mobile SIM card. I have tried taking it out and cleaning it, before putting it back in. I have tried toggling data/airplane mode off and on, but nothing has worked. Do I need a new sim?

It sounds like you need a replacement SIM.
Quickest way to get one is to visit a Currys or Carphone Warehouse store and buy a replacement SIM - they cost £5.
Otherwise, you’ll need to contact iD using their online chat https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat page, ask the agent for a replacement SIM, which may take several days to arrive.
