keeping existing number from EE

Hi, I have just finished a contract with EE and have started one with ID . 
 

I have the new phone and new ID sim.

I have asked EE for a pac code and have it. 
 

when filling out the online form to enter the details I have to bring my current number to my new contract it is saying we have tried but there’s an error. 
 

I can’t seem to find a contact number for ID to discuss this but want to keep my current number - how can I do this?

No telephone support with iD Mobile - it’s 100% online.

Get in-touch with customer services using the online chat https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

The iD agents work until 8pm weekdays - good luck.

Have you already submitted your PAC number to us when purchasing your iD Mobile plan?

 

If so you won’t need to submit it to us again, the port will happen on the date given/selected at checkout.
