leaving contract

Hi I need someone to contact me ASAP as again I'm receiving letters and now debt collecting letters to say I'm still owing money on a contract that I cancelled months ago. 

 

This needs sorting now I have not used this sim or phone for months and need confirmation that it is cancelled as these bills keep coming 

 

I need a response now

Okay @Kelly Hayward, sounds like you cancelled your Direct Debit (DD) believing this would cancel your iD contract.

Unfortunately, this just ends the payment method for your iD plan, leaving the plan’s bills unpaid.

The ways of cancelling your iD contract are explained in the “How do I cancel my iD Mobile contract?” community FAQ article.

It’s best to get in-touch with iD between 9am - 8pm weekdays, or 9am - 6pm weekends, so you can chat with an iD agent in the customer service team.
