Live chat doesn't work

It doesn’t work. Then it says go to “Contact Us” page - there is no “Contact Us” page.

Hopeless.

Try this link here and see if that's work for you. Let us know if that works for you. In case if live chat still doesn't work for you could try contacting iD Mobile through Social Medial channels, like Facebook or Twitter.

In the end I tried the Chrome browser instead of Firefox and it worked. But everyone had gone home, will try again now...
