I want to close my contract, not moving to any other service provider, I just no longer wish to own a mobile phone, I cannot find my pin number so I cannot log into ID app to cancel my contract, the chat center is closed so can’t ask for any help there, I have used Facebook to to sign in here for help. There are now no carphone warehouse stores near me anymore (where I started my ID contract).

Sorry, turns out chat is open, I thought the offices were all closed. I managed to get my contract cancelled so this is resolved. Could not find a way to delete this post, sorry for any inconvinience.
