I have never registered my sim as I was running down my old contract on another network. The sim has never been used. It has since been lost in my house. I don’t know the number and need to order a replacement sim.

Unfortunately I don’t know the number so I’m unable to go through this process. Everything is automated and you have to put in your phone number.

If you didn’t register the previous (lost) SIM, I suggest you order a new one.
As far as iD are concerned, you’ve never had a SIM so there’s nothing to replace.

If the SIM card you purchased was a monthly rolling SIM contract, we would not advise making a new order as the plan will likely still be active. SIM cards are active upon dispatch you see.
