Help! I’ve lost my mobile phone so I need to block the SIM and get a new replacement SIM sent to me.
However I can’t access my ID account as I have forgotten the password - and the security code to reset it is being sent….to my lost mobile phone!
Please could a helpful ID Mobile technician suggest what I should do next?
I would like to stay with ID Mobile. I really need to keep my mobile number but can’t currently see how to get a new SIM if I can’t access my account.
