I lost my SIM card and would like just a SIM card on its own without having to pay for all these deals and everything, is that possible?

When you say you lost your SIM card, was it an ID Mobile SIM card? If so you can report it lost/stolen by calling 0333 003 7777.
ID Mobile can also arrange for a replacement SIM card to be sent out to you.
