low signall

As I am now working from home I have low signal  only ever have 1 bar coverage and people complain that they can’t hear me or it cuts off. I have to be right by window frustrating. I have checked coverage status and says I should have excellent coverage but I don’t. iPhone 8.

Have you tried using your phone with WiFi calling enabled?

How long have you had your SIM card for? You may be due a replacement?

We can certainly help you with a new SIM.

Does the signal stay the same when you are out and about?

Have you tried the SIM in a different handset to see if this makes any difference?

Hi I have not got another phone to test, it keeps only showing 1 bar in the house and when I am on a call it cuts off when I use Wi-fi calling if I receive a message or call waiting.
