mobile number not switched

I've applied via the application on the website to swap my number from a new one to my old one and it hasn't gone through yet even though it's been longer than the designated time frame. I looked on the app and tried filling in my number and the PAC code and it tells me that they are wrong. It's very frustrating as I'm a new customer here and I just want to keep my old number.
