When people are trying to call they get a message “This phone is switched off” when it’s not. Is this a phone issue ir SIM. I get texts & internet but no calls.

That does sound an interesting one. Is it just one person that’s reported this too you or several?
Have you tried the SIM card in another handset to see if you’re able to receive calls then?

Firstly I have no idea if it is more than one person because I don’t usually get much in the way of calls. So far it has been only one person who has mentioned it. I have not tried the SIM in another phone but I will try it, thanks..
I have tried it in my other phone & calls come through. Now I had forgot that it was not just one person who was told “Phone is disconnected” because I tested it out my self from my landline & I couldn’t get through either same meassage. Any ideas on this one Will

Have you inadvertently enabled
Block all calls?
Depending on your mobile:
Call Blocking is under Settings > Phone

I think that I have found the problem ~Call forwarding” was enabled. I had no idea why.
