Can I add another contract phone on to my account?

No you can’t.

At iD Mobile, each iD My Account online is restricted to a single contract.

You can have another iD contract, but you’ll need to register for a second iD My Account online to manage the second contract.

Some other UK service providers do allow you to have one or more contract/plan per customer account.

 

I can’t find anything in the ‘my account’ area to link anything to a second contract?

At iD Mobile, each iD My Account online is restricted to ONE contract.

If you do start a second contract with iD Mobile, you can register at https://my.idmobile.co.uk.

You won’t be able to add the number of your second iD contract to your existing iD My Account online.

You don’t need to have an iD My Account online for an iD contract, but if you want to use the iD app or an iD My Account online to manage the contract, see your upgrade offers, change your plan, turn roaming ON/OFF, et cetera, then you’ll need to setup a second iD My Account online, for your second iD contract.
