I decided to take out a contract for an iPhone 12 with ID, I already cancelled my contract with my previous supplier 2 weeks ago and therefore didn’t care for switching via STAC or PAC.
However, I have attempted to activate my SIM card and I am having trouble with it. A lot of the support seems focused around switching rather than just taking out a new contract. The previous contract was in my mums name whereas this is in mine.
When I attempt to activate my sim, it asks me to send a text or an email - however both these options have failed in providing me a security code as nothing has been sent to either my old phone, or my email.
How can I activate my sim?
