My number never ported over - help please

Hi 
I thought I had moved over to O2 in October when I got a new phone. I seem to remember getting a PAC code and all that. I have realised however that I being billed by iD and O2 for 2 different numbers on the one phone. I don’t know what to do. Can someone help please?

As your number has not ported over, you will need to request a new PAC code from O2, once you have your PAC you can request a number transfer via the link below:
