Need to cancel sim upgrade, cant talk with anyone!

Hi ... I wanted to add a second SIM to my account. In error I chose the option to upgrade, oops!! Once in that rabbit hole there's no coming back. I now DO have my new second SIM, purchased through another account but now need to 'reject' my upgrade. As it's a SIM only it's not wanted for return but I need to 'talk' to someone in order to get my old account status returned. That's easier than it sounds these days. Guys I need someone to point customer services in my direction asap. Thanks in anticipation.
