Hi I was told that my name is too long more than 14 characters and that I need to amend it but I can’t find where I can do that

It was when I was choosing my upgrade plan that it wouldn’t let me proceed without shortening my name

It seems unusual that we’d accept your name initially, but reject it upon upgrading it. It may be something we need to escalate for you.
