Need to unlock old phone - locked to ID

Hi 

 

I have just upgraded my daughters phone  with ID and want to unlock the  old iphone so i use my sim, from another network, in it. 

Would someone be able to let me know what the process is.  I am the account holder of my daughters phone/account. I also have the IME number of the old phone.

It would 

need the customer services phone  number - I was in the process of organising with the chat live service but it crashed and  got disconnected  from - so  if possible would prefer to speak with someone to organise the unlock.
