I’ve been having trouble with my signal recently I’ve only been receiving two bars of signal even in my house and when I go outside it can go down to one bar or none at all when I’m at work. How can this be fixed?

I understand that your problems with the signal just started recently? I am not 100% sure of that will be the issue but it may be due to maintenance work taking place in your area.
As you might be aware. ID Mobile is using Three as their network partner to provide a coverage for the customers. Here http://www.three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support you can check if any maintenance is taking place in your area. Just type in your postcode and keep us updated. Hopefully you will be able to get full signal soon.

I’ve checked maintenance it’s said there seems to be no issues. I just have had consistent bad signal for couple weeks now.
