Hi as of yesterday 22/7 I can no longer receive 4g and my phone signal very poor. Up until then I had no issues. Is there any network problems in my area my postcode is sn16 9dg.

I can see there is an unplanned outage on your local mast. That is putting a little strain on the neighboring ones due to congestion, so this would explain the signal issues you’ve described. From what I can see you should see some improvements after the weekend on 27/07/21.
