I purchased a new sim plan, which is unlimited data for £20 per month. On my account it is showing my new number but my data is still showing my old plan @ 5gb date for £15 per month. When will it show my new plan?

Did you purchase a new plan or did you upgrade an existing one?
Also, how long has it been since you completed the purchase? Your order could still be in the process of completion and should update soon if you did indeed upgrade and not purchase a whole new plan.
This next bit will upset you... You can get the same plan on ID Mobile via Uswitch for just £16 a month (12 month minimum term applies).
