New SIM but doesnt work

I’ve just selected to move to ID.  Received my new Sim today and tried it in my device and it doesn't work.  Tried two other unlocked devices and none work.  How do I get my new Sim activated.  The documentation says it should be for a new Pay Monthly contract but that is not the case.

Thanks for getting in touch. I am afraid there are some delays with some SIM’s being activated and numbers porting over at the moment. Our team are working on getting this resolved as soon as possible.

I would advise to periodically reboot your phone and hopefully it will activate soon.
