New SIM not working

I have received a new phone and ID sim and the sim card isn’t working. I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting and it still won’t work.

This seems to be an occuring problem so really should be looked in to further. 

I need this phone for my work so need it up and running ASAP.

That’s odd.

Is this part of an upgrade of your existing contract or have you just joined us and purchased a new contract?
