new upgrade Sim Iphone 13 no signal data


Upgraded to the new iphone 13 plan with ID. No signal or data. Iphone 13 is asking for a qr code. 
 

i already selected activate SIM in the ID app. 
 

any advice please?

I have also tried the new sim into my old phone and the same issue. 
 

my old sim got deactivated as well so now I have no contact, nothing works. Please get this resolved asap and get someone to contact me in the personal message.

Use iD Live Chat to get assistance, as new SIM doesn't seem to work and old iD SIM not active.

The iD customer service agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays (and 9am - 6pm weekends).

Can’t use chat, then contact iD Mobile privately via their facebook page or Twitter page.

You can also buy a replacement SIM from Currys (cost £5).

Hi there, the live chat does not work, and I just did an upgrade with them so I am not paying for a sim. Stuff should work when it arrives,

Yeah, I agree @Japie Van Wyk.

I guess it’s your choice though - suffer the inconvenience of getting this sorted out, without telephone support, or get a replacement SIM in Currys where you can actually talk to a person.

Anyway, if you can’t use live chat, then contact iD Mobile privately via their facebook page or Twitter page.
