No incoming calls while abroad

I have arrived in Austria on Saturday and have noticed on Sunday that I don't get any calls. I can use data and send and receive texts... I can also call UK and non UK numbers... I managed to chat to someone on Monday and got a ref. Number, but I haven't heard back since, it is now Thursday and I can't get into the weblink idmobile.co.uk/contact-us as I get this error:

The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Your support ID is: 11530614162267290064

 

Please can someone from ID contact me asap please.... I can't even log a complaint....

Oh dear @Manuela Wilson,

You’ll get this error message whenever you try using the iD online chat service while you’re signed-in to your iD Community account.

Make sure you’re signed-out of your iD Community account, before you use online chat on your smartphone. 

Better still - if you can - use a different device to visit https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat. 

You can also privately contact iD for assistance from their facebook page or Twitter page.
