Previously, when other iD customers had this problem, they fixed it by turning their phone off for 10 minutes.
After turning their phone on again, everything worked.

For immediate assistance with your iD account, use the online chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.
The iD customer service agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
To avoid the bot when you’re using online chat, just type “talk to a person” after connecting - you’ll get through to get a real person - anyway, good luck.
I have checked both and they both say no problems in my area

Are you trying this on your smartphone?
If you can’t use the online chat service, then send a private request to iD Mobile’s social media team by using facebook (using Messenger) or Twitter (by Direct Message) - they should also be able to assist with your enquiry.

Logout of your iD Community account before you use the iD online chat.

I have messaged on messenger with no response
Only the iD online chat works in real time.
Enquiries sent via facebook Messenger are not handled by iD in real-time.
Using Messenger is quicker than asking iD here in this community, but slower than using online chat.
