I have absolutely no signal and no 3g,4g,5g tried turning phone on and off and doesnt seem to do anything no matter where i am i just have no signal

Hi @Dom783, that can only be an issue with the SIM or phone. I’d recommend popping into your local Currys store so they can take a look.

Alternatively, speak to the Facebook, Twitter or Live Chat teams so they can have a replacement SIM sent out.
