non supported phones

Hi. Before I buy the SIM, I wanted to check whether they work on non supported phones. I have an old phone from 2004 (a Motorola RAZR to be exact)  and I want to use to reduce the amount of distractions in my life. Due to its age, I'm not expecting functions such as mobile data to work but I wanted to make sure calls and texts would be functional before I signed up.

Many thanks in advance

Hi,

Thanks for getting in touch,

Our SIM’s are only supported within 3G,4G and 5G compatible handsets.

Unfortunately if the handset doesn’t support 3G it’s likely that the SIM won’t work unfortunately.

Thanks for the quick reply. Do you know of any UK providers that could be used on dumb phones?

ID Mobile uses the Three network and Three have no 2G infrastructure.

(The Motorola Razr is a 2G phone.)

The Motorola V3x and V3xx are 3G capable and these models will work with Three / ID Mobile.

Why iD Mobile?
