out of stock phone, require confirmed delivery date

I ordered a phone 3 weeks ago, assuming that was plenty of time to arrive for my son’s birthday. I still have no confirmation of when this will arrive, so would like someone to confirm the delivery date today. If it’s not going to be here in time for his birthday then I will be cancelling my order immediately. 

Please can someone advise/contact me asap.

Have you tried contacting our Live Chat team?  

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
