I have a new Samsung that I got on an upgrade about a month ago, and it keeps restarting. It does it t3 or 4 times a day and even restarted midway through a factory reset. I have tried uninstalling apps, restarting phone and then doing a full factory reset and it still keeps doing it. Any advice? Will I be able get a replacement/repair?

You could try visiting a Currys or Carphone Warehouse to discuss your repair options.
Otherwise, I suggest contacting Samsung directly, to use the manufacturer's warranty for your handset:
