Phone Out of Stock - no ID so cannot contact

Ordered an iphone 12 in green with nothing on website saying it was out of stock and afterwards received message to say there will be a delay in delivery. Would like confirmation if a different colour would result in a quicker delivery (I don’t mind the colour!) or how long the delay will be. Have no number or ID yet so cannot access live chat help.

Even though you haven’t got an iD number, you should have an order reference or invoice number, so I’d recommend using iD Live Chat - just go to:

https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat/

You might have to tell the chat bot you want to “talk to a person”, but it’s staffed 9am - 8pm, Mon - Fri.

Otherwise, you may have wait for iD staff working in the forum (iD community) to send you a private message.
