I have took a new contract and put new sim in. It is not working and to my horror have discovered today you do not have phone lines to speak to an advisor. I have also provided you my pac code from previous supplier. When I have asked for a pac code it says Hi MARK, your PAC is Not Created and it expires on 10/08/22.Â
It is also saying I will get a bill of £19.21 (despite there being a 14 day cooling off period).
I have become frustrated and spent 2 hours trying to chat online. Now it is saying chat not available.
I do not want to lose my number of 8 years it is a business number and printed on my business cards and website. I have never been so appalled by lack of customer service.
