Port of my id number

The portal of my number from id to Vodafone hasn't been completed fully meaning I can only make calls and text but not receive them. This is ongoing since Tuesday. I've spoken to Vodafone who have informed me that ID haven't sent all the files needed for the transfer to be completed.
