How can I identify who is hiding behind a private number that's being harassing me for the past 2 weeks. Its effecting my life.

Unfortunately you can’t find out who is behind a Private Number through ourselves I’m afriad. Have you tried contacting the Police?

Can I get the voice messages download and can I get an itemized billing

How do you mean “voice messages”?

 

Also, you should be able to view itemized bills through the iD Mobile App.

my voice mail messages left by the private caller.  I need to download them to be able to give them to the police

There should be the option to save the messages whilst listening to your voicemails.
