My insurance people have asked for my proof of purchase and I don’t know how to get it please could you email it to me at [Removed]

Hi I am on EE NETWORK and they won’t give me a 2 week period of where I only used the phone for music as I was using my work phone, and then I got robbed on the street. 
 

EE SAID TO ASK APPLE MUSIC ABOUT PROOF OF USAGE BUT THEY LAUGHED AT ME, is this something you can help me with?
