I have damaged my sim card and require a new sim ASAP but I can't seem to get through to anyone.

Might be better off popping into your local Curry’s PC World and asking at the Carphone Warehouse counter if they can give you a replacement there and then. I have no idea if they will or can of course but its a better option than waiting days for ID Mobile to send you one (if they do).
