SIM card has not arrvied

I signed up to ID mobile and the order was complete on 08/0/21. It is not the 15th and still no contact or sign of my SIM. I am losing money on my previous contract as well as being charged by ID mobile for a SIM contract I am not using.

 

Can anyone help with this?
