Hi, I’ve just upgraded my phone and used the ID App to switch my SIM to the new one which came with the phone. Unfortunately when I put the new SIM in the new phone, it says “No SIM”. I’ve been through all of the standard procedures on your website. Please can someone assist? With the transfer from my old system, my old phone is no longer working so I effectively phoneless!
