sim card stopped working

My SIM card has stopped working. I have tried all the fixes in the FAQs. Help please I cannot take or make calls! 

It worked initially, then I switched my old number over and it that was yesterday and it then worked 

Now this morning when I turned the SIM data off it has disappeared completely.

You cannot see the SIM at all in the settings

Okay @Rob Mansfield, are you porting your number to iD?

If yes, then what completion date were you given for your number port?

Yes I ported my number

Number port completed yesterday on Thursday the 14th July

What error message or status icon on the phone suggests it’s not connected to the iD network?

Did you get a port completed SMS from iD?

In the top right there is no connection. Just my wifi connected and my batter.

When I go into settings a looked for aim it shows as if there is no sim in my pixel 6 device.

Yes I had a confirmation text, see attached

I’d suggest turning the device OFF - removing the SIM card, make sure it’s clean (no finger prints etc) - wait 10 minutes and reinsert the SIM card - turn ON your Pixel 6.
