sim contract bending

Hi my contract ends the 11th aug 2022. I wantba replacement sim for £10 contract forba year only. I have seen this offer on my deals. I have my own phone. So becausebim having a iD sim replacing a old iD sim can i keep my numbet. Also can i havebit sent to me before the 11th august 2022. Thank please reply as am having no luck speaking to anyone in iD.

Hey @E james, once you’re within the last 60-days of your iD contract you should be able to upgrade to a SIM only plan from your iD My Account online or the iD app.

Always make sure you’ve signed-in to your account before you choose an upgrade.

Otherwise, give the iD telephone sales team a call on 020 7139 1397 (during normal office hours).
